Project #LikeLife: Noticing

When I was 16 (ish??) I started a blog (that didn't go anywhere) that I called “Notice” and it was going to a be a collection of things I saw and liked. But more than that - I had a feeling that contentment lied in the practice of noticing things.

So this week's challenge is simple: If you're trying to like you own life but it feels too hard or like it's all moving too fast to capture - just start noticing.

What does the sky look like when you wake up? What does the sound of your loved one's laugh sound like? What does your coffee taste like? What colors do you gravitate towards? What do your surroundings look like? feel like? smell like? look like?

Where are you seeing God? What makes your heart skip a beat? Where do you lose track of time? What is making you smile?

If liking life feels like too far of a jump, just try noticing it this week.

These are the days.

Love you all,

C
