Meet Caroline

Caroline Lunne (rhymes with honey!) is a Charleston-based founder, writer, and creative, building a life rooted in delight. At the heart of her work is a simple but urgent belief: it’s worth your time to like your life before it’s over.

As the founder of Migrate, a growing marketing agency and a content creator with an engaged audience of 60,000+ women, Caroline approaches the internet as an art form. Her content blends storytelling, entrepreneurship, home design, and everyday luxury, inviting women to create lives they genuinely like.

All I wanted to do as a kid was create.

When I was 16, I created a blog called “Noticing.” I spent days diving into the project with passion, but when I shared it with others, I felt embarrassed and took it down.

As a child, my favorite place to be was the art room. I begged my parents to take me to the craft store on the weekends. I spent hours scribbling blog names and asking my younger siblings to take photos of me in our front yard. I hoarded all my stickers – ready to use them on a more perfect day that never came.

For years, I carried around creative energy not knowing what to do with it. I felt like an artist searching for a medium.

I lived with a nagging sense that the creative world was passing me by.

I wanted to participate, and yet I couldn't understand why it felt so hard to begin. I'd scroll social media with envy, wishing I had made what I saw online.

When my mom died, I saw how short life really is. She often talked about gardens and blogs she wanted to create and places she wanted to visit. We all thought we’d get more time.

I walked away from this loss with a clear conviction: we must create and try while we are alive.

I finally embraced the internet as my art form.

Looking back, I see this was always what I wanted to do, but I found it difficult to admit. What if people think I’m full of myself? What if they think I just want attention? The fears go on and on.

I realized that I wasn’t chasing attention. I was looking for a way to express myself.

The internet is a place where I can make something out of what I notice, wonder, and love. It turns out this work asks for exactly what every other art form does: courage, discipline, iteration, and the willingness to release the most honest work you can create today.

I’ve stopped waiting for “one day."

For everything – there is no perfect time. Until heaven, life will be both beautiful and difficult.

I’ve realized that daily life is ordinary far more often than it’s extraordinary, but I can celebrate today just because I am alive. I bought and renovated a house with no experience. I moved to NYC for the summer without knowing anyone. I built a marketing agency before I felt qualified. I wear the special pieces in my closet and set the table every night, even if just for one.

I've learned that life is usually too hard to love, but in each normal day, there is almost always something to like.

So I am trying to notice it all, create the best work I can, delight in my regular days, and stop saving my life for later.

The special occasion is today.
